Breathe more deeply
Air is extremely important for us, and oxygen in particular is an element more important than exercise, food or water. You might be able to resist without those for a bit, but the lack of oxygen will be unbearable.
It’s recommended to breathe out slowly and longer than breathing in. I see some clients can’t breathe out. It’s very short and simple to do.
Slow breathing works at a rate from 4 to 10 breaths per min. The typical breathing rate in humans is within the range of 10–20 breaths per min.
The parasympathetic nerve is tied to the relaxation response in the brain and it will switch on when exhaling.
